Aaaaaaaaand that's all folks! Act Six comes to a close, and with it, so does Volume One of Dark Horse.
So, I'm taking a brief break (uh...maybe a month?) from uploading the main story. But, I am going to work on little comic strips to upload weekly while I work on thumbnails and buffers. With Act Six, I actually ended up cutting the end off to keep this from being 60 pages long, so I'm having to rework the scripts a bit.
I also need to get the "50 subscribers" image done. Although, I'm not sure those are necessary at this point? But I'm super excited to have 50 subs, so I may do one just because I like to do it as a little "thanks" ;3
I'll see you all next week :D

This week's video is June's Q & A :D I get questions from Patrons and from readers here and on Tapas, and I like to go into more detail than I might in the comments. So I cover some questions I got about Yulie, Rin & Kanna's relationship (the revamp is a tiny bit different than what's up here,) and a question I got about Mia :D Watch if you like. They are fun to make.
Also, I realized since 1) I'm not going to monetize my vids, and 2) I like to make it clear my videos and comics aren't for kids, I've been cussing a lot more o_O You know...in spite of Mom's best efforts when we were younger, by the time my sis and I were in our teens, our household sounded like the Osbornes XD Only less slurred British accents XD
Sharon! (I don't like reality TV, but I do like to poke fun at it XD)
Ah, incredible! Love the intricate details and beautiful color palette of Kanna's kimono! She looks so enlightened in this page. Great way to end a volume, for sure :)
Judging by some stuff on Pixiv they have it confused over there as well sometimes so I would not worry TOO much :D
I was once on a convention presentation where a guy from animation said how much of a pain patterns are to animate if you want to stay consistent between scenes/frames so often they say it is a kimono but it looks nothing like one. It is just bland with two flowers, lmao.
So they either do not care much about consistency or they render some sort of filter over it. Something like in Gankutsuou but then it has to be a theme overall because then it looks weird when one character's clothes texture is "green screened".
He ended it with: "In some productions they just drop the kimono to the floor anyway and that saves a LOT of trouble." LMAO
XD XD That is awesome! I love hearing how animators manage to complete their craft :3 That show! I need to finish it. I absolutely LOVED the style! Who knew (well, you knew) it was to make the patterns easier to animate!?
This has been quite the lovely sequence of colorful pages,
And this image of Kimono Kanna is a great way to end the Act
...
As For this week's question...
My fav character?
That has to go to the free spirited Rin! ^_^
(I'm gonna blush XD But ya'll can't see it XD)
I'm actually going to reveal a little bit about their special clothing next volume :3 Seeing as it's Kanna in the kimono and not Rhina ;)
